Preferred Provider Programs
On October 1, 2025, following the enactment of the Procurement Reform Act of 2025 (House Bill 500), oversight of the Employment Works Program transferred from the Maryland Department of General Services to the Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business Affairs (OSBA) within the Department of Social and Economic Mobility.
